In 1999, JDA took a once industrial building in the southwest corner of Hoboken and converted it into a modern office building. Now a thriving 80,000-square-foot office building, HBC has maintained a 90% occupancy rate since 2005, its second year of operation. Currently, JDA is in the planning and acquisition phase of a number of different investment properties and is also involved in redevelopment projects throughout the state


JDA Construction

JDA Construction has broad experience in gut renovation, rehabilitation and ground-up construction of commercial, multi-family residential and single-family homes. As an example, a 50-unit, multi-building apartment complex in Hoboken was given a 24-month window to complete. With the effective planning and hands-on approach of JDA Construction, the luxury apartment buildings . known as The Lexington - was completed in just 12 months with no injuries and 10% under budget.
