Joseph Dell’Aquila
Joseph Dell’Aquila is the co-owner and co-founder of JDA Group. A Hoboken native and first-generation American citizen, Joseph began his career in garment manufacturing before shifting his focus to real estate in and around Hudson County. Joseph is a proud father and husband, and a veteran of the Army National Guard.
Maureen Dell’Aquila
Maureen Dell’Aquila is the co-owner and co-founder of JDA Group. She was born in Jersey City and raised in a large family, with 6 siblings all working for the family poultry business. Maureen and Joseph met as high school sweethearts, and they have been together ever since.
Gregory Dell’Aquila
Gregory Dell’Aquila is the Chief Executive Officer of JDA Group and its companies.
He has built a reputation as a visionary for development, able to see the potential in underutilized properties and develop them in a way that transforms the entire surrounding area. Gregory is happily married, a father of four, and spends his free time volunteering at his local parish and finding new ways to support community growth and development all around Hoboken and Hudson County.
Robyn Smith
Robyn brings over 20 years of experience in property management, finance, and operations, with a deep understanding of the administrative, financial, and market dynamics that drive portfolio performance. Since joining JDA Group in 2018, she has advanced to Vice President and Financial Controller, where she has played a central role in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure and operational standards.
Known for her steady leadership and strong financial expertise, Robyn fosters a professional environment where clear communication, accountability, and high performance are the standard. She holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online — a combination that reflects both the breadth and depth of her expertise.
Celeste Smith
Celeste is the Property Administrator at JDA Group, where she is responsible for the financial administration and back-office operations that keep the portfolio running seamlessly behind the scenes. Precise, dependable, and organized, Celeste ensures the financial and administrative operations of the portfolio remain accurate, compliant, and running smoothly.
Since joining JDA in 2021, Celeste has built a strong foundation across all facets of property operations, bringing hands-on experience in tenant management, leasing support, and operational coordination to her role. She holds an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional excellence and the highest standards of property management practice.
Marcia Clarke
Marcia brings over 20 years of experience in residential leasing, property management, and community development, with a deep and nuanced understanding of the Hoboken and Jersey City markets. Her extensive background encompasses the full leasing lifecycle, tenant and member relations, operational oversight, and the strategic thinking required to maintain high-performing, well-occupied properties in competitive urban markets.
Known for her professionalism, market knowledge, and ability to build lasting relationships, Marcia combines a people-first approach with the operational confidence and business savvy to engage effectively with tenants, members, and commercial partners at every level. She holds a New Jersey Real Estate License, reflecting her dedication to professional standards and her continued commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for everyone she serves.
