Joseph Dell’Aquila is the co-owner and co-founder of JDA Group. A Hoboken native and first-generation American citizen, Joseph began his career in garment manufacturing before shifting his focus to real estate in and around Hudson County. Joseph is a proud father and husband, and a veteran of the Army National Guard.

Maureen Dell’Aquila is the co-owner and co-founder of JDA Group, and serves as the company’s HR professional and vigilant accountant. She was born in Jersey City and raised in a large family, with 6 siblings all working for the family poultry business. Maureen and Joseph met as high school sweethearts, and they have been together ever since.

Gregory Dell’Aquila is the Chief Executive Officer of JDA Group and its companies.
He has built a reputation as a visionary for development, able to see the potential in underutilized properties and develop them in a way that transforms the entire surrounding area. Gregory is happily married, a father of two, and spends his free time volunteering at his local parish and finding new ways to support community growth and development all around Hoboken and Hudson County.

Robyn Smith
With 20+ years in the real estate development/property management space, Robyn knows that market conditions and tenant/client needs change quickly; having the best team focused on a cohesive vision can mitigate challenges created by these changes. She currently reports directly to the CEO on establishing goals and vision for the organization, leveraging financial and operational performance metrics to ensure that those objectives are met.
